Return & Exchange Policy

Discount Sales

Our return and exchange policy does not apply to discount sales product(s). Discount items cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased. No return or exchange is applicable for purchases made during the campaign period.

Exchange

At Kaora Lake, we gladly exchange within seven days of purchase with an original receipt. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tickets attached.
We know that sometimes you buy something that does not work out the way you had hoped, so we did our best to make an exchange policy that is helpful for you. Kaora Lake Reserves the right to change any policy at any time.

For orders Online

Customers must check the ordered products (Color, size, quantity, and quality) before the delivery agent. After that, no complaints will be accepted.
  • Customer has to return the Product to the delivery agent instantly if the Product has any issue; the charge will be applicable for return.
  • We reserve all rights to determine whether the goods have been altered, used, or damaged.Suppose you are not fully satisfied with the products you bought. In that case, you may ship the Product to our e-commerce warehouse within seven days of the purchase date to any of our outlets with your receipt or invoice for online orders, and we will gladly exchange the Product. Please note that the value of the exchanged Product should be similar to or higher than the original product price. The purchase value difference must be paid if the Product is exchanged for a higher-value item.Our address is: Kaora Lake E-Commerce

  • Items you want to exchange or return must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached. An exchange may be denied for items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt. Please note any shipping costs will not be credited.
  • For orders shipped outside of Bangladesh:
  • At the moment, orders can only be exchanged if it is returned to any of our outlets in Bangladesh within one month of the purchase date.  Please note any shipping costs will not be credited. For any further clarification, please get in touch with Customer Service.

Return

We make every effort to ensure that the Product (s) you order online meet your expectations, but occasionally, orders may reach you in a manner that is not anticipated. We will rectify any such claims or discrepancies related to your purchase. Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following condition(s):
  • Products with major quality defects
  • Products damaged during shipment
  • Wrong Product, size or colour
  • Product lost in shipment
You are requested to inform Customer Service of any change immediately upon receiving the Product. Please Click Here on how to get in touch with us. We will get in touch to assist you in processing your return. For all the successful returns, we will reship the rightful Product to you(based on availability).
The original invoice slip must be enclosed with all the returns. We must accept return product(s) with the original invoice slip. Please ensure that all original tags are attached to the Product. You will be able to return your items within seven calendar days of receiving the Product through courier service to our e-commerce warehouse at the following address:

Alternatively, visit any of our warehouses with the invoice and change the Product from the warehouse. For purchases delivered to countries other than Bangladesh You are requested to inform Customer Service of any return issue immediately after receiving the Product.   • If we are not able to deliver.
  • If we deliver different Products without informing the Customer.
  • If the Customer receives a damaged Product.
  • According to Digital Policy 2021 of the Government, we will refund within 7-10 days and For International within 25-30 days.
  • Refund is applicable for online orders only.
