Products purchased during discount or campaign sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange is allowed within 7 days of purchase with the original invoice
  
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
  
• Exchange value must be equal to or higher than the original product
  
• Price difference must be paid if exchanging for a higher-value item
  
• Kaora Lake reserves the right to approve or deny any exchange
  

Online Orders (Within Bangladesh)

• Customers must check the color, size, quantity, and quality in front of the delivery agent
  
• No complaints will be accepted after delivery
  
• If any issue is found, the product must be returned immediately to the delivery agent
  
• Return or exchange shipping charges may apply
  

Products can also be exchanged within 7 days by sending them to our e-commerce warehouse or visiting any outlet with the invoice.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product has major quality defects
  
• The product is damaged during delivery
  
• The wrong product, size, or color is delivered
  

Customer Service must be informed immediately after receiving the product.

Refund Policy (Online Orders Only)

Refunds are applicable if:

• The product cannot be delivered
  
• A wrong or damaged product is delivered
  

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days as per the Government Digital Policy.
