Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Stock is updated manually, so a product displayed on the website may become unavailable. Kaora Lake reserves the right to cancel such orders and, if applicable, refund prepaid payments.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices may change due to promotions or technical errors. In case of any pricing discrepancy, Kaora Lake reserves the right to cancel the order.
Order Policy
Orders are confirmed within one working day. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled for both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid orders.
Delivery
- Inside Dhaka: 1–5 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 5–7 working days
Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Customers must check the product color, size, quantity, and quality in front of the delivery agent. No complaints will be accepted after delivery. One-time free exchange is applicable as per policy.
Exchange & Refund
Products with genuine quality issues can be exchanged within 15 days. Refunds apply only to prepaid orders if the product is faulty, incorrect, or undeliverable. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
